4 Week Mindset Challenge - Change Your Mindset To Begin To Live The Life You Don't Have To Vacation From
Have you ever heard the saying, "What you think you become?" Or, "The thought is the cause of it all?"
I have heard them both time and time again and I can tell you from personal experience they are very TRUE!!
You see everything begins with our mindset. Whether we think we can or not, we are right, (That was another quote).
So many times I allowed my own thoughts of doubt, fear and even the infamous "what if" and a host of others to hinder me from moving forward. In order for me to begin to see change in my life I had to first change my mindset.
That was something I didn't know how to do. But I was determined to figure it out because I was sabotaging and holding myself back.
I was literally getting in my own way.
Then, that's when all of the sayings and quotes popped in my head. I was the problem and how I thought about myself and my situation.
So what did I do you ask?
I first believed in myself and my abilities and I did that by taking steps to change my MINDEST!
I wasn't living the life I didn't have to vacation from because I chose to keep the fixed mindset instead of a growth one.
I want to share the methods with you on how I changed my mindset!
I have created a 4 week challenge/training that will help you learn how to change your mindset so you can begin to create and live the life you don't have to vacation from.

The challenge consists of 4 weeks of live group training sessions via Zoom. You will receive via email, a workbook that coincides with the live training as well as exercises/homework to do each week. The workbook will include 30 days of affirmations and a place to keep track of your thoughts and notes.
Challenge starts Tuesday July 7th live on Zoom and will continue for each Tuesday in July.
You will be redirected to the 30 day Mindset Challenge FB Group. This is a private group with others who have decided to take the mindset journey as well. This is a place we can support and encourage one another along the way to changing our mindset. One week before the challenge begins you will receive the zoom link and workbook.

LaTeisha Williams is about all things positive! She loves to pour into and help others. She is a Licensed Masters Social Worker and has been in the helping profession for over 10 years. LaTeisha is currently finishing her studies to become a certified life coach. And she is also a trained Trauma Informed Facilitator.
LaTeisha is the Founder and coach at Queen Brand Enterprises®️ which is an organization dedicated to the elevation, upliftment and growth of women. This organization partners with the communities to provide various trainings and workshops as well as one on one coaching for women.
LaTeisha is a published author and has written three books, along with a journal and planner. LaTeisha is also one half of the popping podcast,"Girl, Stop!"
One of LaTeisha's main goals is to leave others in a much better place than which she found them!
